We do not test on animals and non of our ingredients have been tested on animals. We also avoid using any by-products. We are very passionate about keeping our furry (and non-furry) friends safe!

Yes, our products were made with all skin types in mind! If you have sensitive or reactive skin we suggest you do a patch test on your inner elbow before using. Wait 24 hours and if no sensitivity or reaction occurs you are good to go!

To make your products last as long as possible, please store in a cool and dry place to avoid prolonged sun and heat exposure.

Yes! Our products are safe for pregnancy and nursing, however we recommend that you review our ingredient list with your doctor to determine if they work with your pregnancy plan.

Yes! Our bottles, tubes, and packaging are 100% recyclable. Please check with your local recycle facility to determine the best way to recycle in your area.

All products are good for up to 12 months after opening them for the first time.


If you place your order Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship out your order the same day you place it. However, many orders with standard shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email from us with tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

We offer free 3-7 day USPS shipping within the US on all orders over $50 (not including taxes and promotions). For all other others, standard shipping & handling within the Domestic US is $5 via USPS. If you just can’t wait to get your Glazed & Glossed order (which we would totally understand) we also offer express shipping options.

We are working hard to get your pre-order in your hands! We expect all pre-orders to ship by October this year. Thank you for your endless support and patience as we get our brand launch off the ground! :)

We currently do not ship outside of the US. We are working hard to expand to other countries as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience as we grow. :)

Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Glazed & Glossed assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email hello@glazedandglossed.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@glazedandglossed.com as soon as possible.

We hope you love your Glazed & Glossed purchase, but if you don’t, we will be happy to help arrange a refund. We allow returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is free of charge and on us, but we aren’t able to refund the shipping cost on the original order.

If your Glazed & Glossed package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at hello@glazedandglossed.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
